Hi, I’m Cheryl Hodgson,

I’ve spent my entire legal career successfully protecting, defending, enforcing, and litigating creative and digital rights--trademarks, copyrights, and digital music and online assets - strategizing and negotiating, and buying and selling IP assets for my clients. A passion that came from years in the music industry as an artist manager, talent agent, and running music publishing around the world. As an attorney, I began taking on causes in federal courts for the underdog, recapturing rights, collection of royalties, trademark and copyright infringement, division of IP assets in divorces, and theft of trade secrets.
