For more than 35 years, she has focused her career on safeguarding creative rights and helping businesses protect the intellectual property that drives their growth and value.

Her background is unusually well-rounded. Before returning to legal practice, Cheryl worked in the music business as a licensed talent agent, artist manager under a major recording agreement, and music publishing administrator for Eddie Money and Bill Graham. That real-world industry experience, combined with decades of legal practice, gives her a practical understanding of both the business and legal sides of brand protection.

As an attorney, Cheryl has litigated trademark and copyright matters in federal courts across the United States and has represented hundreds of clients, including authors, entertainers, publishers, fashion brands, technology companies, industry organizations, and business owners. Today, she brings that depth of experience to helping attorneys, paralegals, and their clients make smarter decisions around trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and digital asset protection.
